Mani Love has redirected his sights from a random pedestrian to two celebrities who are notorious for their performances in past NBA All-Star Celebrity Games.
The 4'5" streetballer gained notoriety after a video spread of his dribbling circles across a woman walking in New York City:

Now he wants a piece of 5'4" comedian Kevin Hart and 22-year-old singer Justin Bieber. He challenged them both in a TMZ video.
The two have combined to win five NBA All-Star Celebrity Game MVP awards, four of which Hart "earned" via a fan-voting process with less validity than the one that has determined actual ASG starters.
