Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson are being sued by Terry Moogan, after their son, Chester 'Chet' Hanks drove their car - a Chevrolet - and rear ended him in February 2015, according to TMZ.Moogan alleges that Chet was not only driving 'under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time' but also recklessly, reports the website.
TMZ revealed that the cops weren't at the scene of the accident nor did Chet get a DUI that day.
Moogan's attorneys claim that he suffered a brain injury and whiplash and that Chet asked him not to call the cops after the collision occurred.
Last week, the 25-year-old singer attended a Justin Bieber concert with his mom Rita in Los Angeles.
