 Ceaser Opening A Shop In Charlotte

Dutchess 's mom went off on IG Live recently after it announced that Ceaser will opening a Black Ink Crew shop n Charlotte, North Carolina where Dutchess is at with her shop Pretty In Ink. 

The drama all started when Dutchess appeared on The Sister Circle last week and she admitted that she was suicidal after she left the show and the cast members began to harrass her and her family.

In retaliation,Teddy announced that a Black Ink Crew shop will opening in Charlotte
